✿ character information
Name: Childe (Tartaglia)
Age: Canon sources say between 19 and 21 so...20?
Species: human
Canon: Genshin Impact
Canon point: 3.4 patch (latest game patch)
CRAU: N/A
Abilities:
HYDRO VISION: In Genshin Impact, characters are given Visions by the gods that align them with certain elements. Childe has a Hydro Vision, which means he is able to manipulate and utilize water. Genshin is a combat-focused game but every once in a while you'll have a quest to do something like water a flower or clean up dirt and you would use a Hydro character for that so I feel like it's safe to assume he can also summon a bit of water to do small things outside of combat.
ELECTRO DELUSION: Childe is a Fatui Harbinger, one of the trusted lieutenants of the leader of his region and in Snezhnaya they have found a way to make a "fake" vision that is often an element the person is not aligned with. Childe has an Electro delusion which works similar to his Hydro vision only it exhausts him after using it and is, naturally, electricity instead of water. He would not likely ever need/want to use this in game.
History: The Eleventh Harbinger
Personality:
BLOODTHIRSTY: Owing both to his experience in the Abyss at 14 and his position as a Fatui Harbinger, he loves the fight and thrills at the thought of being able to battle those opposed to the agenda of the Fatui, even if he likes those people personally. Even after the Traveler beats him in single combat, Childe hopes they can fight again and treats them as a rival because the sheer act of fighting is fun for him and he would do it without agenda just for the sport of it. If you're a friend, though, he'll try not to kill you so he can fight you again some time.
LOYAL: Childe is loyal both to his Archon, the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya, but also to his family. He has duties as a Fatui Harbinger that require him to do underhanded things but he doesn't shy away from these duties and does them gladly, be it intrigue and spying or something more outright like staging direct conflict against an enemy. That being said, the Tsaritsa isn't his only loyalty and he is also very loyal to his family; Childe has a sister and two brothers he loves very much and he will do anything to protect them. If he had to pick a side between the Fatui and his family, he will always pick his family, so he hopes he'll never have to choose.
CHARMING: Childe is incredibly charming. He comes off as warm and friendly when you first speak to him and he listens to the things you say to tuck away knowledge for later. If you aren't useful to him but you entertain him, he'll more than likely develop a friendship with you as long as it isn't a conflict of interest. He comes off to the Traveler in Liyue as an ally at first and it is only later that his status as a Harbinger is revealed - after he has leveraged things he needs to know. He still maintains a warm friendship with the Traveler, though, and sees them more as a rival and friend than enemy provided they aren't directly in the way of what he needs to accomplish.

Game plans: Since there are a lot of characters from Teyvat in game, Childe will not be able to resist the temptation to gather information on them all, especially those from areas he hasn't visited yet/met yet in his own travels. He'll still want to find people to spar with so martial characters will be especially good CR for him but otherwise, he's pretty easygoing unless he has a secret agenda or assignment going on.

Any final thoughts?
